In 2016, Susan Nolan took the helm as president of Mason-Grey. Susan has been an integral team member of Mason-Grey since its founding, and with over two decades of legal and business expertise, Susan has continued to lead recruiting and human resource initiatives within the company. Mason-Grey is a SBA Certified Woman Owned Business and the company daily demonstrates its commitment to hiring female and minority candidates. Under Susan’s leadership, Mason-Grey has continued to expand nationally and today supports American industry coast to coast. Susan is a Juris Doctorate graduate of Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Herbert Law Center.
Joe Reini founded Mason-Grey to support clients with increasing demands for integrated process control expertise and engineering support. As a Master’s graduate from the University of Michigan’s Industrial and Operations Engineering program, Joe leveraged many years of supporting clients in the Life Sciences, Energy, Metals and Materials and Chemical industries in founding Mason-Grey.
In the community, Joe has supported Scouting for over 35 years, from his early attainment of Eagle Scout at 15 to the startup of a troop for under-served youth in Washington DC in the early 90s to nearly 10 years of service with Venture and Boy Scouts in Atlanta. Joe's mastery of outdoor skills has been passed onto a new generation of Scouts in everything from orienteering to first aid to canoeing and wilderness survival. Joe also serves as an Engineering Mentor for numerous Engineering students and he has donated over 80 pints (10 gallons) of CMV negative blood, critical for sustaining life for infants and other immune deficient patients.
